Cabins, Barns and Fences at Walton Plantation
Architectural guidelines direct the type of look you can expect to see in Walton Plantation for years to come. Each parcel must maintain 70% timber coverage and may clear up to 30% for cabin, driveway, barn, pasture or other cleared area.
Cabins - Rough sawn board and batten or log and chinking cabins are permitted. Gray metal roofs along with a limited pallet of stains for cabin exteriors is permitted.
